Aise muqaddas mahine mein  namaz aur azaan ke liye outdoor loudspeakers par pabandi  lagana sirf aik administrative faisla nahi, balkay  Musalmanon ke jazbaat aur Islami riwayat par seedhi chot  hai. Azaan Islam ka sha‘aar hai — yeh awaaz Musalmanon ko Allah ki taraf bulati hai. Loudspeakers ke baghair azaan ko mehdood kar dena un logon ke liye mushkil paida karta hai jo buzurg hain, bimar hain ya gharon mein band rehte hain. Yeh faisla sahulat nahi balkay rukawat paida karta hai. Agar masla awaaz ka tha, to us ka hal regulation tha,  pabandi nahi . Pabandi hamesha aasaan rasta hota hai, magar sahi rasta nahi.
